Great tool! For several years, I struggled with severe intestinal issues, including abdominal distention and strong pains, which nothing seemed to remedy. After taking this product for 3-4 months, all my problems ceased! My attacks are now very rare and pass quickly. I am immensely grateful to the manufacturer.

I will repeat it immediately! I've suffered from constipation for a long time and although I have taken various supplements over the years, I was never satisfied. After just two days of trying this product, my stomach moved clearly! Unlike other magnesium supplements, I wake up each morning without abdominal pain. I take it twice daily, and even though I’m still using other supplements, I plan on reducing them. I believe this product significantly improves both my mood and intestinal health.

Regular abdominal discomfort
It's been 2 weeks since I started taking this product. Although I didn't suffer from bad constipation initially, I hoped to improve my intestinal environment for skincare. However, I frequently experienced abdominal pain and loose stools. I still feel discomfort and gas almost daily, and it seems I need to keep taking these supplements for at least 4 months to see any changes, so I will continue.

Improved stomach function
Previously, I often experienced stomach pain and gas after meals. Since I began using this product, the improvements have been significant. A single tablet once a day produces noticeable results, and I intend to continue with it.
